We’re looking for a sharp and curious Senior Financial Analyst to join our fast-paced finance team. In this role, you’ll help drive strategic planning, financial modeling, and performance reporting across a growing portfolio of brands, including Sweathouz and Dogtopia.

You’ll partner cross-functionally with leaders in operations, marketing, and development to turn data into decisions and forecasts into results. If you love building models, digging into KPIs, and working across departments to uncover financial insights; you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities
• Analyze monthly financial results, identify variances, and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with ops, marketing, and analytics teams to align on KPIs and performance tracking
• Create dashboards and executive reports that help inform key business decisions
• Support ad-hoc analysis for new studio openings, strategic initiatives, and board presentations
