• Location : Germantown, TN 38138 (Memphis area)\n
• Unit : Med / Surg Telemetry (3 WEST)\n
• Contract Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 17 / 2025, End : 2 / 16 / 2026)\n
• Shift : Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts / week (19 : 00 - 07 : 00)\n
• Weekly Hours : 36\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay : $1780-$1910\n
• Patient Ratio : 1 : 6\n
• Type : Travel RN Contract\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• 2+ years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry RN experience required\n
• At least 1 completed previous travel nursing assignment\n
• Active Tennessee RN license or compact state license (NLC)\n
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher\n
• Current BLS certification\n
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)\n
• Cerner EMR charting experience preferred\n
• Residence at least 100 miles from facility\n
• First-time travel nurses accepted with 3+ years recent experience\n
• Submit all requested time off (RTO) with application\n\nMed / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities\n
• Provide high-quality patient care in a busy Med / Surg Telemetry unit\n
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data; respond promptly to patient changes\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and patient education\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team for optimal outcomes\n
• Accurately document care using Cerner EMR (preferred)\n
• Float between similar units and campuses within 20 miles as needed\n
• Participate in weekend and holiday coverage\n
