Microsoft Dynamics CRM

6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Expert in Designing, developing, and customizing CRM applications

Experience in programming languages like C# / .Net

Create workflows / plugins and integrate with other CRM applications

Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

Provide Technical Support and troubleshooting

Roles & Responsibilities :

Develop : Build integrations with other CRM on their own.

GenAI Integration : Apply practical GenAI to enable agentic AI, including RAG over vector / hybrid search and tool orchestration.

Collaboration & Reporting : Collaborate with product and other teams and attend daily scrums

Optimization : Continuously improve latency, reliability, and cost efficiency across services.
