Hydraulic Fracturing Fluid Technician

Description

• Prepare and maintain fracturing fluid systems in accordance with job requirements and customer specifications.
• Perform laboratory and field tests (e.g., viscosity, pH, density, fluid loss, and compatibility testing) to ensure optimal fluid performance.
• Assist in the mixing of chemicals and additives at the wellsite to maintain desired fluid properties.
• Monitor and adjust fluid systems in real time during hydraulic fracturing operations.
• Maintain accurate records of fluid testing results, chemical usage, and operational data.
• Troubleshoot fluid-related issues in collaboration with engineers and supervisors.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and operational procedures at all times.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory and field testing equipment.
• Support chemical inventory management, storage, and handling.
