As a front-line leader within our Dextrose manufacturing operations, the Production Supervisor plays a critical role in driving safety, quality, and performance across production lines. This position leads and develops a dedicated team of operators while ensuring that daily manufacturing goals are achieved in alignment with JRS Pharmas high standards for compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Position Summary :

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day to day direction and operations of the production facilities. These responsibilities will be carried out in a manner that maintains the standards of the production plants in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices in a safe, efficient manner to produce quality products.
