Summary

We're looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Consultant (CX & Healthcare) - Greater Sacramento to lead high-impact recruiting efforts for customer experience and healthcare operations roles in the Greater Sacramento area. While this isn't a full-cycle role, you'll drive the recruiting strategy, sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring manager partnership — with the support of a TA Associate to manage coordination and logistics. Your role in our mission

• Lead sourcing, candidate engagement, and interview management for high-volume CX and healthcare roles, including medical claims and call center positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, provide market insights, and influence decisions.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and talent pools.
• Use AI tools like Copilot and automation to streamline outreach and improve candidate quality.
• Collaborate with a TA Associate who will support scheduling, communication, and applicant tracking.

The pay range for this position is $69,100.00 - $80,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
