Job Description
It is the responsibility of the teller to courteously, expeditiously and accurately process on-line and off-line transactions for all types of accounts and services for the customers.

Primary Responsibilities
Accept retail and / or small business deposits, loan payments, process checking and savings account withdrawalsCash checksMaintain an adequate cash drawer at all times; this includes requisitioning cash when needed and signing back excess cash and mutilated currencyBalance cash drawer in accordance with Bank procedures and regulations including periodic batching of cashed checksAnswer customer inquiries and refer customers to the proper service area for issues that cannot be resolved at the teller lineProviding additional products including Bank Checks, Personal Money Orders and Gift Cards.May be responsible for bank opening and / or closingMaintains the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtainedPromotes the bank's products and servicesRepresent the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workersComply with all department and company policies, procedures and regulationsOther duties as assignedPart time tellers are required to work every Saturday. Full time tellers are required to work rotational SaturdaysDesired Skills & Experience
Required : must be able to speak, write, and understand ArabicHigh School Diploma or equivalent experienceExcellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and employeesMathematical skillsStrong communication & organizational skillsDetail oriented, high degree of accuracyCompetence with computers, telephone, calculatorAbility to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure as needed
