Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance in accordance with the work order system.
• Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with the work order system.
• Respond to emergency calls.
• Display appropriate knowledge of the HVAC / R trade.
• Perform work assignments in a safe manner.
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks.
• HVAC / R MECHANIC I : Act as back-up Section Leader when required by the Engineering Manager.

Requirements

Salary Range : 25.97 - 41.56 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
