Engineering And Maintenance Manager
DSJ Global is currently partnered with a global chemical manufacture seeking to add a dynamic Maintenance & Engineering manager to their team.
As Maintenance & Engineering manager, you will be responsible for overseeing both maintenance operations and maintenance engineering functions, including various capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of traditional maintenance operations coupled with expertise in reliability principles, enabling them to optimize plant performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage maintenance teams to ensure the effective operation of equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize asset utilization.
- Oversee the planning and execution of CAPEX projects, from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance-related issues and opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is preferred; however, a bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of previous management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of maintenance operations and reliability principles.
- Previous experience in chemical manufacturing is essential.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering results.
