Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume fine dining or upscale restaurant Strong preference for candidates with steakhouse experience Knowledge of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Team player with the ability to take ownership of situations Highly professional with a polished presentation High energy and strong leadership background Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service in a high-volume setting Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to high standards Maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
