- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless resident care and operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled nursing professionals.

Qualifications :
- LVN / LPN Texas license with experience in senior living
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for resident well-being and a commitment to excellence
