Layout : 12+ Month Contract to Permanent Hire with the Client

Role Overview

The Program Manager will executive leadership to orchestrate the end-to-end product development lifecycle for a major new launch. This role is responsible for de-risking, governance, and ensuring readiness across hardware and SaaS streams, including post-launch brand approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full program lifecycle for a new AI solution, from development through launch and brand approvals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Sales, Support, Manufacturing)
• Oversee program planning, RAID management, and stakeholder governance
• Ensure all dependencies, risks, and timelines are tracked and communicated
• Support supply chain / vendor coordination and site readiness / change management as needed
• Use Agile / SAFe methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence) as appropriate
• Facilitate approvals with major Quick-Service Restaurant brands post-launch (36 months process)
