Position Type : Full-Time Physician Family Practice (Outpatient, No OB)

Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient practice in Bakersfield, CA . This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a supportive team, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits.

Candidate Requirements

  • MD / DO, Board Certified in Family Medicine Required
  • Active California medical license (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Strong commitment to providing patient-centered primary care
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary with signing bonus (paid after 90-day probationary period)
