What We're Looking For

The Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor manages full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles across the organization, with a particular focus on high-volume requisitions. The individual in this role must be a seasoned recruiter who can operate with autonomy, prioritize competing demands, and deliver top-tier talent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Senior TA Advisor acts as a strategic partner to Human Resources and Talent Acquisition leadership, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers, working collaboratively across functions to support a streamlined and effective hiring process.

A Glimpse Into Your Day

  • Partners with Talent Acquisition Leadership, Human Resources Business Partners, and People Leaders to forecast, develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
  • Partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and implement structured, competency-based selection processes.
  • Leverages diverse sourcing strategies including employee referrals, job boards, social media, community partnerships, and college recruitment to attract top talent aligned with the company's values and service standards.
  • Sources, evaluates, and engages candidates using a range of tools and techniques to ensure alignment with role requirements, team dynamics, and the organization's culture and values.
  • Maintains proactive and timely communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure seamless, engaging experience and consistent progression throughout the recruitment process.
  • Builds and maintains proactive talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, networking, and relationship-building with passive candidates and industry professionals.
  • In partnership with TA Leadership, utilizes data and metrics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improves recruiting outcomes.
  • Collaborates with the Human Resources and TA Leadership to support internal and external employer branding efforts, including the development and maintenance of Life Pages, social media content, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Supports internship and mentorship programs, contributing to the design, promotion, and execution of early talent initiatives that strengthen the future talent pipeline.
  • Develops and delivers hiring manager training, ensuring consistency in interview practices, compliance, and candidate experience across the organization.
  • Contributes to onboarding and engagement efforts, helping to ensure a seamless new hire experience and strong integration into the company culture.
  • Ensures all recruiting activities are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Performs other projects, duties, and tasks, as assigned.

What Success Looks Like In This Role

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with demonstrated success in high-volume hiring environments across a variety of functions and levels, including service, technical, corporate, and operational roles.
  • Previous experience building internship programs preferred.
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience in corporate or executive recruiting preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR or other relevant certification preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, consistently managing high-volume requisition loads, at times exceeding 30 open roles, while remaining agile and strategically responsive to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics tools. Experience with Workday a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Must be able to effectively respond and interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience using social media and other recruiting tools to actively recruit a variety of talented candidates.
  • Self-motivated with high level of drive, energy, persistence and initiative.
  • Strong networker and prospector with creativity and marketing flair.
  • Willingness to adhere to all principles of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must value operating in a collaborative work environment.
