General Manager For New Concept Restaurant
As the General Manager for our New Concept Restaurant, you'll be at the forefront of creating a vibrant and engaging guest experience. This role demands a dynamic leader who can inspire our team and elevate guest interactions, transforming our outlet into a high-energy destination. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, delivering exceptional service, and driving our vision of an exciting and dynamic environment.
Where You'll Make an Impact :
- Foster strong collaborations with culinary and front-of-house teams to guarantee outstanding guest service and consistent, high-quality food presentation.
- Drive late-night operations and entertainment programming, ensuring seamless coordination between service, security, and event teams to deliver vibrant, safe, and memorable guest experiences.
- Engage in open communication with staff, nurturing a spirited and energized team culture.
- Lead training initiatives for all team members, focusing on exceptional guest service and engagement.
- Monitor and enhance the quality of service and the efficiency of food and beverage orders.
- Analyze guest feedback and trends to innovate and adapt our offerings to meet their evolving needs.
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract new guests and build loyalty, including special events and promotions.
- Lead VIP service strategy, including bottle service, private bookings, and high-touch guest engagement for premium clientele.
- Leverage social media to enhance venue awareness and engage with the community.
- Plan and execute unique events that align with our new concept, ensuring a fresh and exciting atmosphere.
- Cultivate partnerships with local artists, DJs, and performers to curate a dynamic calendar of live entertainment aligned with brand identity and guest demographics.
- Manage crowd flow, guest safety, and capacity planning during peak hours and special events, balancing ambiance with operational control.
- Maintain the restaurant's physical appearance and ambiance to create a captivating dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant food, alcohol, and health regulations.
- Collaborate with culinary and purchasing teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and cost control.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Have general knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cordials.Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative concepts and experiencesFlexible work schedule.Knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulationsKnowledge and experience in POS systems such as Micros, AlohaKnowledge of budgeting, P&L review, percentages, variances, etc.Must-Haves :
High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree in related fields preferred.5-7 years experience in restaurant management and supervision.Ability to :Accuracy in completing assigned duties in a timely mannerMust be certified in alcohol awarenessMust be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.Physical Requirements :
