We are recruiting on purpose an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our expanding Orlando office. This role combines technical and project leadership with a strong emphasis on business development. You'll manage a variety of structural engineering projectsranging from modifications to existing buildings to new construction exceeding 800,000 SFwhile cultivating client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This is a client-facing, high-growth role ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, outgoing, and technically skilled.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage day-to-day client interactions and project communications.
• Provide technically sound and cost-effective solutions to clients.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and team resources.
• Make timely, informed decisions even with limited information.
• Expand client base and actively pursue new opportunities in the Orlando market.
• Support and participate in business development initiatives.
