Our client, a global consumer goods company, is hiring an Executive Assistant to join their team in New York City on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office).
Job Duties Include :
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, coordinating meetings / appointments, preparing expense reports, etc.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including itineraries, visa support, and agenda
- Act as point of contact ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization
- Provide seamless support in advance of meetings and deadlines
- Prepare, edit, and consolidate presentation materials
- Oversee purchase orders, vendor creation, and invoice processing
- Ensure that schedules and commitments are efficiently executed
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include :
10+ years of progressive administrative experience2+ years of experience directly supporting a President, CEO, or Executive Committee memberExperience within a multinational or global organization a plusStrong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills and problem solving skillsHigh level of initiative and professionalismExperience managing confidential and time-sensitive matters with discretionFluent in English; proficiency in French is a plusAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with SAP is a plusSalary : $100k - $110k annually
