Major, Lindsey & Africa's Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim E-Commerce Product Counsel.

Company : One of the nation's leading entertainment companies

Experience : 5-7 years of either consumer product counsel experience, or experience in providing legal advice related to online platforms or e-commerce.

Location : Hybrid in San Jose or Los Angeles

Responsibilities

• Work with legal and product teams globally to review products, features, and new initiatives to provide legal risk mitigation strategies to ensure legal compliance for TikTok Shop from a US legal perspective.
• Coordinate with product, product operations, public policy, communications, and other cross-functional colleagues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of TikTok Shop initiatives through legal review and providing guidance on relevant legal frameworks.
• Review and analyze potential legal risks associated with new product developments and business strategies.
• Assist in the development of internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Provide legal support on a variety of e-commerce related matters.

Qualifications

Pay Rate : $100 / hour
