Location- Austin, TX (3 days onsite)

Pay rate- $60-75 / hr on W2. (NO C2C)

About role :

• This Risk & Compliance Analyst role primarily focuses on data management and risk assessment activities.
• The position requires spending 70% of time on data-related tasks including cleanup, reconciliation, and system migrations, with emphasis on handling duplicate records and requiring strong systems knowledge. The remaining 30% involves conducting risk assessments, reviewing results, and supporting remediation efforts.
• The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of experience (preferably 3-4 years) in tech companies or Big 4 consulting, with strong data handling skills including Excel proficiency and ERP system experience.
• They should be comfortable working across multiple risk areas (third-party risk, AML, compliance, audit) and possess excellent communication skills.
• The role interacts with various teams across global offices and external partners, requiring a generalist approach to risk and compliance.
• Key technical skills include advanced Excel, ERP / GRC systems, and data management tools.
• The position is best suited for early to mid-career professionals with hands-on data and system experience, rather than pure policy or cybersecurity backgrounds.
