IT Senior Manager

A company is looking for an IT Senior Manager to oversee technology solutions supporting finance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead FSC related discovery, design, development, and deployment activities

Manage, mentor, and train a team of business analysts while overseeing IT project strategy and delivery

Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement and oversee requirements management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; Master's degree is a plus

Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis or related field, with at least 4 years in leadership or management roles

Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

Advanced proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools like Power BI

Solid project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and risk management
