Responsibilities

• Responsible for yard work, inspections, preventative and repair maintenance to ensure all buildings, grounds, and equipment are in safe operating conditions.
• Responsible for maintenance of groundskeeping, landscaping, irrigation system, campus roadways, and parking areas.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of building maintenance, which consists of painting, drywall, carpentry, A / C systems, electrical systems, including water and sewer lines, doors and windows, gas and electric welding, and soldering as needed.
• Generates and responds to emails and work orders via the online work order system. Updates work order system daily regarding progress and / or upon completion of assignment.
• Assists with set-ups for special functions on and off campus.
