Inspire Kids Montessori – Phoenix, Arizona is searching for a New Montessori Preschool Director

My name is Diana Darmawaskita, and I immigrated to this country 34 years ago with my husband. By profession, I was an engineer. Above all, I am a mom. My love for children led me to leave my corporate career to pursue my true passion, opening Inspire Kids Montessori 14 years ago in Ahwatukee, Arizona. I have been dedicated to early childhood education ever since.

I recognize the importance of providing families with nurturing environments that feel like an extension of their own home; one that shares similar values and offers a safe, loving, and intellectually stimulating environment to young children. This has always been my life’s ambition.

We have been very successful as a school with two campuses. We have a dynamic team of teachers and school leaders who collaborate and support one another, working toward a common goal for the betterment of the school community.

We continue to grow and are in search of a new preschool director to join our school. We are not a corporate daycare; we are a curated family of Montessori schools committed to excellence in both Montessori and overall culture for our students, staff, and families.

Ideally, we seek someone who is Montessori-trained and experienced in running a preschool. We understand how rare that is. We are open to candidates who love children, understand the needs of families, and are inspired by the Montessori philosophy and concept of education. We will support you in your growth and understanding of these concepts.

The key qualities we seek are patience, empathy, commitment, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Understanding the rules and regulations of Arizona licensing is also crucial to this position.
