Position Summary : As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide compassionate support that enhances your clients' daily lives and helps them maintain comfort and independence at home. Physical Requirements : This position requires the ability to provide hands-on patient care in the home environment. Duties may include standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and assisting patients with mobility. The role involves safely lifting, positioning, and transferring patients between bed, chair, and other locations, as well as providing support in the restroom and during other activities of daily living. Employees must use proper body mechanics and safety techniques at all times, and may be required to operate medical equipment. Visual and auditory acuity is necessary for patient assessment and communication. In addition to hands-on patient care, the below physical requirements must be met : Ability to communicate verbally, fully functional vision is required (prescription lenses or contacts are acceptable), prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking, ability to lift or carry up to 50+ pounds occasionally, ability to operate a computer and other standard office or clinical tools, reliable transportation for occasional travel. Changing business conditions may trigger changes to physical requirement.
