Job descriptionRepresent clients in personal injury litigation , ensuring the best possible outcomes. Manage all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, client communication, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation . Conduct negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure favorable settlements. Provide legal guidance to clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism to build trust and confidence. Handle trial preparation and serve as lead counsel in court proceedings as needed. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the Bar 6+ years of litigation experience , with first-chair trial experience preferred Strong case evaluation and negotiation skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proactive problem solver with the ability to work both independently and within a team Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus 4% of cases successfully settled 33% of fees recovered from initiated cases On-site, in-office operations Competitive Salary with performance-based incentives Paid Time Off, Holidays, Bereavement, and Sick Leave 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Employer-Covered Supplemental Benefits Annual Performance Reviews & Growth Opportunities
