Roofing Superintendent
Are you an experienced leader in the roofing industry looking to take your career to the next level? Our client is seeking a Roofing Superintendent to oversee multi-site projects, lead field crews, and ensure the highest quality workmanship from start to finish. If you're driven, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you!
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple roofing projects across various locations
- Manage crews, schedule labor, and ensure job site safety and efficiency
- Maintain strong communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure all work orders are executed according to plan, budget, and quality standards
- Evaluate staffing needs and work with the team to allocate resources effectively
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely project completion
- Any other duties or tasks that may be asked of you
