COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER

Job Position

Position General Responsibilities : Process and approved commercial, agricultural and some consumer loan requests. Inspections and verification of collateral and evaluation of operations through field inspections. Development of new business by expanding existing relationships and calling on potential customers. Cross sell Bank products. Represent the Bank in various community activities.

• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, agricultural business or equivalent education / work experience.
• Strong knowledge of analyzing credit requests, collateral analysis, proper structuring and pricing of loans and collections.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Access.
• Proven ability for business development.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Demonstrated ability to provide information in concise verbal and written formats.

Preferred Qualifications :

Dimension of Job : This position will be responsible for analyzing, processing and servicing existing and future commercial, agriculture and some consumer loans. This professional will work within the community to expand business relationships with existing customers and develop new business referral sources through a strong community involvement.
