About the job : Sogeti is seeking a seasoned Client Delivery Partner to lead the delivery of complex IT and application projects for a major healthcare client. This strategic role blends deep infrastructure and cloud expertise with delivery leadership and account development. The CDP is responsible for the full delivery portfolio of the account, ensuring long-term relationship value, profitable growth, and operational excellence.

As the CIO’s trusted operational and technology advisor, the CDP brings a strong Engagement Management (EM) background and plays a pivotal role in shaping new business opportunities, overseeing delivery governance, and driving innovation across engagements.

What you will do at Sogeti :

  • Lead the successful delivery of large-scale IT and application projects, with a strong focus on infrastructure transformation and modernization.
  • Oversee all aspects of engagement management, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and reporting.
  • Act as the operational and technology advisor to the client’s CIO, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the account, contributing to account growth and client satisfaction.
  • Drive deal shaping and contribute to solution design in collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams.
  • Manage delivery governance, financials, and resource planning across multiple engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation in delivery practices, leveraging automation and cloud-native tools.
  • Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Deliver and manage complex engagement models, including Managed Services, Managed Capacity, and Deliverable-based Fixed Fee engagements.

What you will bring :

  • 12+ years of experience in IT consulting, with a strong focus on infrastructure delivery and project / application management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure domains such as data center operations, cloud migrations, networking, security, and enterprise systems.
  • Strong background in engagement management and client delivery leadership.
  • Proven ability to shape deals and contribute to solution architecture.
  • Experience delivering complex engagement models (Managed Services, Managed Capacity, Fixed Fee).
  • Hold service management methodology certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Agile, etc.
  • Familiarity with modern delivery models including Agile, hybrid, and continuous delivery practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred : Experience working with or for healthcare clients, with a solid understanding of industry-specific challenges and compliance requirements.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $150,000 - $200,000.

    This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
