Program Management Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Strategic Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a program management team to oversee strategic initiatives across various business domains

Ensure adherence to program management standards and provide comprehensive oversight for subprojects

Compile updates and develop insights for executive-level reporting on program progress and financial management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience

Experience in program management or strategy consulting with a strong understanding of business and financial planning

Two years of experience as a leader or senior member of multifunctional teams

Experience with strategic thinking, technology transformation, and advanced data analysis

Familiarity with tools such as Agile, Figma, Excel, and Qualtrics
