Dixon is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team! Are you passionate about fostering customer relationships in an industrial atmosphere while achieving sales growth?
We're seeking a Territory Manager to expand sales and nurture customer connections across North Carolina, South Carolina, and East Tennessee.
The ideal candidate will promote our diverse product mix, offer tailored market solutions, and deliver top-notch customer service, supporting customers before, during, and after the sale.
A minimum of 3-5 years in industrial sales is required to excel in this role.
Responsibilities :
- Cultivate and nurture customer relationships within the assigned territory
- Develop and deliver impactful training presentations to distributors and end users
- Engage with distributors and end users to promote target products effectively
- Strategize and execute sales activities on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Maintain documentation of activities and opportunities in Salesforce
- Travel 6 to 10 nights per month as needed
- Regularly report progress to the Supervisor
Competencies :
- Excellent verbal communication skills, Proven written communication skills
- Ability to understand and address customer needs while providing sales solutions
- Mechanical aptitude for problem-solving
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated
- Strong computer skills : Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar CRM experience a plus
