About the role

As a Senior Stock Administrator, you will manage global equity program and ensurecompliance with global equity administration requirements. From managing transactionsto supporting education and communication efforts, you'll help deliver an exceptional employee experience and scale equity operations as Cloudflare grows.

What you'll do

• Manage and execute the day-to-day operations of Cloudflare's global equityprograms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Lead and support special projects related to equity administration, includingsystem improvements, process automation, and data integrity initiatives.
• Administer and maintain equity-related systems and tools (e.g., E
• TRADE EquityEdge Online), including data imports / exports, reconciliations, and audit support.
• Perform data analysis using internal equity data to generate insights, supportreporting, and recommend process enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, Finance, HR, and externalvendors (e.g., brokers, transfer agents) to support program execution andresolve issues.
• Assist employees in understanding and maximizing their equity compensationthrough education, communications, and support.
