• 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following fields : Civil, Personal Injury, Business, Employment, Insurance Defense, Real Estate or Products Liability Litigation experience preferred. Any and all fields of law will be considered
• Experience managing subpoenas is a plus, but not required
• Being well-versed in the discovery process is required
• Trial preparation experience preferred
• eDiscovery experience is a huge plus!
