Fine Dining General Manager
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, fine dining restaurant within a rapidly growing restaurant group.

Responsibilities
Lead daily restaurant operations and uphold fine dining service standards
Oversee and manage a team to ensure consistent execution of systems and processes
Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence
Maintain full financial accountability, including P&L, inventory, and cost controls
Deliver exceptional hospitality and contribute to a culture of service excellence
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a General Manager in fine dining, full-service restaurant
Proven success managing annual sales volumes of $15M+
Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, wine pairings, and fine dining service
Demonstrated career progression and experience opening new restaurants (NRO)
Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
Ability to measure and improve performance, both subjectively and objectively
