Job descriptionStart at $19.50 / hour Average $4 / hour in cash tips Add +$1 / hour with Driver certification Add +$2 / hour with Crew Lead certification Quarterly bonuses + annual raises Total realistic first-year potential : $26–28 / hour Full benefits package : medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, massage, 401(k) with match, life insurance Perks : free on-site gym, tuition reimbursement, paid professional development, team events (kickball, BBQs, retreats) Career growth : clear path to Crew Lead, Assistant Operations Manager, and beyond What You’ll Do Safely load, move, and unload customer belongings (up to 75 lbs repeatedly) Provide professional, friendly 5-star customer service Protect homes and items with proper techniques and equipment Support Crew Leads and Drivers while learning leadership skills Develop toward Crew Lead and Driver certification opportunities Who We’re Looking For 18+ years old, able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly Reliable, punctual team players with strong communication skills Positive, hardworking individuals who enjoy physical activity Customer-focused and respectful problem solvers Valid driver’s license preferred (not required to start) Growth Path Mover → Driver or Crew Lead Certification → Mover / Driver + Crew Lead → Assistant Operations Manager → Operations Leadership Work Environment On-site across the Portland metro area, with occasional long-distance projects (per diem provided) Flexible scheduling including evenings / weekends Team-focused, high-energy environment where no two days are the same Our Core Values Create lifelong relationships Dig deep Lead from the heart Challenge the status quo Make work fun Compensation Starting at $19.50 / hour + average $4 / hour in cash tips + certification differentials and bonuses.
