Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage and scale payroll operations while ensuring compliance and providing exceptional service to employees.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for a global workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures in accordance with local and international regulations

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align payroll processes with overall company objectives

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPP) is a plus

7-10 years of experience in payroll, preferably in a fintech or technology-driven company

Extensive knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in the US; experience in India is a plus

Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with the ability to implement new tools

High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality
