Operations Coordinator
Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now hiring for a full-time Operations Coordinator position.
This role is characteristic of an "Administrative Assistant," with a specific focus on supporting Liberty Healthcare's operations leadership team and myriad mission-driven projects.
Your charge will be to provide as needed and proactive advanced administrative support to our team in a way that enhances their efficiency and effectiveness.
Your daily work will involve a wide array of activities which will include maintaining electronic records, managing data, producing professional management reports, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and meeting materials, coordinating travel for colleagues, corresponding with employees and clients, assisting with timekeeping tasks, backing up our front desk receptionist, scanning documents, and teaming with other administrative professionals on small and large projects.
You will work in close partnership with Liberty Healthcare's Operations Implementation Manager as well as company leaders across the United States.

To be considered, you must have a Bachelor's degree, exceptional Microsoft Office software skills, and several years of experience in a similar administrative support role. You must also be a confident and skilled communicator.
You should be willing to work Monday through Friday in Liberty Healthcare's corporate office which is located on City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
