Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving dental group. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet customers as they arrive, schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Check in & out patients

• Maintain a clean and inviting environment

Qualifications

• One year of DENTAL experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
