Apprentice Parts Counterperson

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Parts Counterperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians in obtaining required parts and supplies while achieving monthly sales targets through encouraging additional parts sales.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote sale of parts and accessories to all customers : walk-in, telephone or internal technicians
• Provide exceptional customer service to maximum customer satisfaction
• Keep abreast of all new products and updates through continuous learning
• Locate all parts as requested by customers and / or technicians
• Prepare parts invoices and credit notes for all counter sales and issues parts for all work orders
• Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining stock
• Accurately document all shipping and receiving of parts
• Maintain files and update parts related information on a regular basis
