We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Liberty Lake, Washington. This is a Contract position offering an excellent opportunity to support both the Accounting and Credit departments with essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Review and update licensing information as necessary.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to records.
- Apply payments with accuracy and speed
- Assist with order processing
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets to create formulas, sort data, and organize information.
- Assist with customer invoices and related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members to support departmental needs.
- Proven experience in fast paced administrative roles.
- Strong data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating formulas and sorting data.
- Ability to verify and manage detailed documentation with accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills to handle filing and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members.
