Overview Regional Content Manager, JP, Ads Marketing. The Regional Enterprise Marketing team partners with the global marketing team and regional business leaders to deliver regional programs and initiatives that engage and delight our international customers. This role builds and delivers narratives, thought leadership, and content across sales and B2B partner audiences in Japan, overseeing the regional content strategy and end-to-end content development to accelerate the customer journey from awareness to consideration to action. The candidate should have a strong writing background, be curious about storytelling, and be able to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused materials. The role requires initiative, collaboration in a large team, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity.

Key responsibilities Work with the enterprise marketing lead to build a content strategy that takes the foundation of global strategic messages and builds in region specific customer needs and nuances to communicate the benefits of Amazon Ads offerings
Collaborate with regional enterprise marketing, brand content, and events teams to develop big ideas and thought leadership that elevates the Amazon Ads brand
Collaborate with team to identify opportunities and create insights and proof points to execute strong narratives for our audience
Write, edit, produce, and launch localized content, measuring the success of final content pieces to continuously raise the quality bar of future deliverables, including ownership of reporting mechanisms
Execute against the regional content plan, working with stakeholders to develop, and reinvent content that drives marketing activities across multiple channels : website and blog, social media, co-marketing partnerships, events, paid media
Own the trade publication relationships to incentivize the development of engaging content to drive awareness of Amazon Ads

Basic Qualifications Fluent in Japanese
3+ years’ experience with direct content creation
Track record of executing content plans for various audiences and industries, managing multiple deliverables, and meeting budgets and deadlines
Oral and written English communication skills with innate attention to accuracy and detail
Preferred Qualifications Available portfolio of content marketing materials
Experience collaborating on a regional or global content strategy
Experience working with creative and production teams, including localization teams
Subject matter expertise in the digital advertising industry, understanding current trends and industry influencers
