Atlanta based law firm seeks a Personal Injury Attorney, Intake Specialist and Paralegal.

Job details

Hybrid or REMOTE Schedule. Salary $75,000 - $110,000 per year. This Jobot Job is hosted by Ron Calhoun.

Responsibilities

• Seek an attorney with 3+ years of experience to assist our senior attorney on litigation cases.
• For cases valued over $150,000, work with senior litigation attorney to prosecute the case.
• For cases below $150,000, move toward resolution or trial with senior attorney supervision.
• Conduct discovery, complete depositions, attend mediation, and take cases to trial as appropriate.
