Role Description

This is a full-time entry level on-site role for an Agency Receptionist located in Auburn, CA. The Agency Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and handling clerical tasks. The receptionist will also provide excellent customer service and facilitate communication between clients and agents.

• Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
