Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle including sourcing, RFQs / RFPs, purchase order creation, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring consistent quality, cost savings, and on-time delivery.
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement vendor scorecards and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to ensure materials and services align with organizational needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to drive cost optimization without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for ethical sourcing.
• Monitor inventory levels and lead times to mitigate supply chain risks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the procurement process. Qualifications
• 5+ years of procurement experience in a corporate or manufacturing setting (required).
• Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle management, supply chain principles, and contract negotiation.
• Proven track record in vendor and supplier management with measurable results.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with procurement systems / ERP software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. What We Offer
