MRB Design Engineer – Tulsa, OK

Location : Tulsa, Oklahoma (Onsite)

Openings : 5 Positions

Rate : $75–$80 / hr (W2)

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : Ongoing Contract

Responsibilities

• Perform design analysis and develop design dispositions for part and assembly non-conformances.
• Evaluate repair scenarios for fit, form, and function to determine the most effective solution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers (Design, Stress, etc.) to ensure cost-effective, timely, and compliant design solutions.
• Serve as a customer-facing engineer, communicating technical issues and resolutions clearly.
• Mentor junior engineers and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Ensure all designs comply with airworthiness and customer procedural requirements.
