Job Summary :

Heartlinks ABA NC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of professionals providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children and families in Raleigh, NC. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, training and supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with families to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral goals and objectives

Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA therapy protocols

Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to behavior technicians to ensure high-quality services

Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop and implement behavioral strategies and support plans

Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and services delivered

Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements :

Master's or doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills
