Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Senior BCBA)
Durham, NC | Full-Time | In-Clinic
Total Compensation : $110,000–$130,000 per year (includes base + performance bonus potential)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 100% In-Clinic

As a Senior BCBA, you will play a key leadership role in shaping clinical quality, supporting staff development, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for the children and families we serve.
Position Overview
Our Durham clinic is seeking a Senior BCBA to provide advanced clinical oversight, leadership, and mentorship within a structured, supportive clinic environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who enjoys leading others, driving clinical excellence, and contributing to a mission-centered organization.
Key Responsibilities
Work Hours & Productivity Expectations
This is a full-time, exempt position with a Monday–Friday schedule. Senior BCBAs are expected to work the hours necessary to fulfill all clinical, supervisory, administrative, documentation, leadership, and communication responsibilities.
The 27 billable hours per week requirement reflects the minimum billable productivity standard and does not represent a 27-hour workweek .
Full-time employment includes significant non-billable responsibilities—especially at the senior level—including leadership duties, supervision, mentorship, and quality oversight.

Requirements
Active BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience (required) Experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities Strong leadership, communication, and observational skills Analytical, data-driven approach paired with empathy and collaboration Commitment to ethical care, HIPAA compliance, and cultural competence
