What You’ll Do
Clinical Supervision & Quality
Provide caregiver training and lead care coordination with familiesMonitor billable utilization for yourself and superviseesDeliver direct therapy and ensure supervision best practicesReview data and session notes for accuracy and integrityEnsure timely completion of assessments and documentationLeadership & Team Development
Supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and ABA graduate studentsProvide BACB-approved fieldwork supervisionLead internal trainings and mentor new staffConduct regular check-ins with behavior technician teamsCollaborate with cross-clinic teams to uphold service standardsProcess & Program Development
Contribute to clinic policies, procedures, and program evaluationCreate and deliver training programs using evidence-based methodsParticipate in quality assurance initiatives and clinic-wide meetingsPursue continuing education and advanced professional developmentWhat You’ll Bring
Active BCBA certification in good standingMaster’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of BCBA experience (required)Experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilitiesStrong leadership, communication, and observational skillsAnalytical, data-driven approach paired with empathy and collaborationCommitment to ethical care, HIPAA compliance, and cultural competenceWhat We Offer

Requirements
