Client Financial Management

• Create and maintain client fee schedules, budgets, and invoicing schedules aligned with SOWs.
• Lead preparation and consolidation of Budget vs. Actuals at client and agency level, surfacing key variances and opportunities.
• Review contracts / SOWs to ensure financial terms, deliverables, and billing structures are executed correctly.
• Partner with Account Services and Operations to deliver insights that guide campaign performance and pricing.
• Collaborate with HRBP on workforce planning, ensuring labor allocations align with client scope and financial targets.
• Advise client leads on financial guardrails during negotiations, change orders, and growth opportunities.
