Toyota's Project Planning and Management Department (PPM) is looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and highly organized Analyst for our Project Management group. Reporting to the Manager, the primary responsibility of this role is to lead small or support larger new model project with the responsibility for coordinating and utilizing all stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time production launch of North American Produced Vehicles and Powertrains.

Essential responsibilities include :

• Creation of strategy for core activities : develop a plan of action for assigned projects and tasks to ensure timely execution with quality built-in.
• Cross functional daily coordination : lead multiple stakeholders (including various Toyota functions, suppliers and global headquarters) through project activities to achieve KPIs.
• Summary and escalation : clear and concise visualization and presentation of project condition, risk and outlook to project stakeholders including executives.
• Problem solving : organize working groups to gather information, utilize strong analytical thinking, prepare insights and recommendations for decisions.
• Process standardization : support department in development and execution of Standard Operating Procedures; propose and implement process improvements.
