We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven professional to lead our Total Rewards and HR Operations functions. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this role is instrumental in shaping and executing programs that support employee engagement, operational excellence, and organizational alignment with our mission and values.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about enhancing the employee experience through effective HR systems and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Design and drive the Total Rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of a new HRIS / HCM / ATS platform.
• Co-develop the long-term vision for HR technology and its integration across functions.
• Oversee cyclical HR processes such as performance management, compensation reviews, and talent calibration.
• Manage and mentor a team of four HR professionals across generalist, benefits, and HRIS functions.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $150000.00 / yr.

Offers a comprehensive benefits package to its employees, including health insurance, 401(k) plans, and paid time off. Specific benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a Health Savings Account (HSA). They also provide a 401(k) plan
