Virginia Licensed Associate Attorney

A company is looking for an Associate Staff Counsel / Staff Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, hearings, trials, and drafting legal documents

Provide legal opinions and strategic advice to clients while maintaining strong relationships

Utilize technology to streamline legal processes and facilitate effective case resolutions

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree from an accredited law school

Admission to the bar in Virginia and in good standing

Minimum 3 years of experience in civil litigation with general knowledge of insurance law

Proficient in e-discovery and case management systems

Demonstrated ability to manage cases from start to finish under supervision
