Job Summary

The Applications Analyst will help our communities thrive by enhancing the end user experiences by providing product support and management. This position will be responsible for systems management, analysis, and optimization of business applications to ensure they meet the needs of the organization. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and the user experience. Accountabilities

• This position reports to the Product Owner of Clinical Applications on the Product Solutions Team

To bring improved and innovative processes using the change control procedures and effective communication for all product users to ensure engagement and utilization of products / applications.

Role and Responsibilities :

Collaborate with training team to develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of applications across the organization.
